HSV TN VALLEY AMBUCS is pleased to announce the receipt of a $5,000 grant awarded by The Shearwater Foundation. The Shearwater Foundation supports charitable projects in education, conservation, health care for underserved populations, social justice and child welfare. The purpose of this grant is to provide AmTrykes for children on HSV AMBUCS WishList.
This grant represents the second year of support from The Shearwater Foundation. In 2010 The Shearwater Foundation awarded a grant for $5,300 to Huntsville TN Valley AMBUCS to provide over 10 AmTrykes to area children with mobility limitations. Thanks go out to The Shearwater Foundation for their support in creating mobility and independence for those with special mobility needs in our area!
